More exciting news for You Never Know, Petticoat Junktion, and Clarksville.
The Vintage Shabby Chicks are bringing CeCe Caldwell’s Chalk/Clay Paints to You Never Know in Clarksville. I’m so excited. The paints are easy to work with and the finishes are fabulous. I’ve been working with Sharon of the Vintage Shabby Chicks for the past few weeks and have enjoyed talking paints with a fellow furniture painter.
The CeCe Caldwell’s paint is a mineral paint made up of clay, porcelain clay and chalk blended into a water based solution. It is low odor and packaged in recycled plastic containers. There are 36 colors that can be mixed to make more colors. I can’t wait to get my hands on New Orleans Purple and Santa Fe Turquoise. I’ve been working with the Memphis Blue and Vermont Slate. The colors are rich and full-bodied.
Sara and I are looking forward to sharing this new line of paints with our customers and workshop participants. The paints are fast drying and easy to use. Everyone is going to just love them!!!!
