I know the color of the year is supposed to be emerald green and I love emerald green…… but I’m going gaga over White.
My home is full of color, all colors….. bright colors… dark colors….neon colors.
White is a color too.
My friend Karianne of Thistlewood Farm has a gorgeous to-die-for home and her dominant color is white. She uses lots of accent colors but white is the backdrop and sometimes all the accents are white too. And it works beautifully.
And then there’s Pinterest.
It sucks me into it’s web everyday and lately I’ve been drawn to the color White.

Saw your post on hometalk and had to come over to read. I agree with you completely. I think the white is gorgeous! I’m just not confident i could pull it off in my tiny little home with 2 young kids. Maybe one day.
