You will love this idea for white no sew curtains! The curtains are easy as pie and very budget friendly.
Are curtains an issue for you or do you just have blinds on your windows? When we lived in Florida I purchased blinds for all the windows and only hung curtains in the master bedroom. But that was a different kind of house.
In our Tennessee home we have curtains on all the windows. The house was built in the 60s and has the type of windows that don’t have enough depth to hang blinds. I don’t know the proper term for the window things…casings or whatever. You guys know what I mean…right?
The windows in our bathrooms are small, and a couple of years ago, I purchased a pair of white king-size pillowcases to use for curtains in our small bathroom. The pillowcases only needed clips to attach to the curtain rod….voila……pretty white curtains that are the perfect size.
I finally got around to doing something about our other bathroom where the curtains, or so-called curtains, were really sad….
I found a cloth shower curtain about 18 months ago….and I shortened it with scissors and hung it with curtain clips to a skinny ugly rod. I was going to hem the curtains right away….but it never got done.
This window is wider than the one in the first bathroom, so I purchased two pairs of king-size white pillowcases….and a new curtain rod.
I had some clips in my workshop, but they didn’t work out, so I bought more. I was going to buy some fancy ones, but boy, those things are pricey…so I got the cheap clips. No one ever looks up at them anyway.
The pillowcases are the perfect length for the window.
I love how crisp, white, and new they are…..also no sew!! It can’t get much easier. See those cute little dots. If you missed the post on my Wallternatives Vinyl Dots, you need to see the full bathroom makeover….just click here.
What decorating issues do you have? As always, thanks for being here, and have a great day, Kathy

I love, love, love the way they look, so crisp clean and white. Did you open the cases up or did you hang them as is? I would love to know exactly how you did them. I have a small BR. window I would love to do this. Thanks so much for sharing.
