You can get very creative when upcycling old aquarium stands or fish tank stands. The hubby and I have used barnwood, reclaimed tabletops, salvaged wood from build sites, and even old swing seats to make unique tops and shelves for the iron aquarium stands.
You can find used aquarium stands at thrift stores and junk yards. Find one today and make a table. A good upcycle project includes a variety of upcycled items. Barnwood makes the perfect top for this stand. A white aquarium stand and an old table top make a great plant stand. Black Dog Salvage gifted me with samples of their paint line and I used it on the top of this aquarium stand table. Make a side table, nightstand, or end table with an iron aquarium stand as the base. Create a very rustic plant table for the outdoors using a fish tank stand or aquarium stand.
